lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his wife Julie Turner, also
a writer. His stories have won literary awards, and have appeared
in various magazines and online. He won the 2001 Aurealis Award
for best Australian science fiction short

About his art Adam
says: "I've noticed that all children love to draw and paint,
but then, for some reason, seem to forget that love when they
grow up. I think that's a shame; in a lot of ways, growing up
is a mistake, and should be avoided if possible."
